Chat with Charlie via our app or website! She can help issue the following certificates for you:
- ✅ Certificate of Travel (COT)

Proof that a passenger was able to board their flight. This is available after the flight has been completed.

- ❌ Certificate of Non-Travel (CONT)

Proof that a passenger was unable to board their flight. This is available after the flight has been completed.

- ⚠️ Certificate of Flight Disruption (COFD)

Proof that a passenger's flight was cancelled or affected by a schedule change.

There is no fee to request a certificate from Charlie.
- Simply state your request, then provide your booking reference number and your last name.
If you can't generate a certificate, it's possible your flight was disrupted, or was already refunded.
- If this is the case, you can chat with Charlie via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can assist you.
