Here are some important reminders for guests flying during the peak season:
→ All Saint's Day Weekend: 31 October - 02 November
→ Christmas Season: 13 December to 14 January
→ Holy Week
Before your flight: Avoid long lines by managing your booking online!
✅ Buy checked baggage allowance ahead of time
→ Need to bring more things? Add +4kg, +8kg, or +12kg to your default 20kg weight allowance.

✅ Update your contact information through Manage Booking
→ This allows us to reach you in case of any flight changes.
✅ Prepare your required travel documents!
→ If you're leaving or entering the Philippines, register and fill out the eTravel form and get your QR code. Print or save this on your mobile device and be ready to present it to immigration officers.
→ Guests traveling on international flights are also required to have a passport, valid for at least six (6) months.
→ Please check with your destination's local government for a complete list of requirements.
✅ Check in online to shorten your airport queue times
→ Online check-in is available as early as 48 hours before your flight.
On the day of your flight: Get your things ready and be at the airport early!
→ Make sure you don't have prohibited items in your baggage. View the list of items considered as Dangerous Goods.
→ Learn more about the items that are allowed and not allowed in your hand carry and check-in baggage.
→ Take note of your flight and terminal details!
→ Double-check your itinerary and take note of your flight schedule, boarding gate, and assigned terminal.
→ For guests departing from Manila:
- DG flights depart from NAIA Terminal 4
- 5J flights depart from NAIA Terminal 3
→ In anticipation of the high passenger volume during peak periods, we highly recommend arriving at the airport early:
- Domestic: As early as three (3) hours before your scheduled flight
