Go Rewards is a Lifestyle Rewards Program that lets you earn points which you can use to purchase items or book flights!

You can earn Go Rewards points when you book a flight or buy the following add-ons:

Seats
Baggage
Meals
CEB Sports Equipment Special Baggage add-on

At the time of booking, just enter your Go Rewards number when filling up the Guest Details page:

You can also add your Go Rewards number after you book:

Update your booking guest details

Points are credited seven (7) days after you board your flight.

✈️ Redeeming your points

You can use your Go Rewards points to book a flight with Cebu Pacific!

You may do so on the official Go Rewards site:

To redeem a flight using your Go Rewards account, you need:

👤 An active Go Rewards account
✉️ A verified email address
🪙 At least 50 Go Rewards points

Make sure that you use the same email address in your MyCebuPacific account and Go Rewards account.

If they're not the same, contact Go Rewards Customer Care for assistance.

💡 General guidelines and earn rates

Go Rewards points have no monetary value and are not convertible to cash.

You may use your Go Rewards points to pay for your transactions with participating partners and merchants.

Lost your Go Rewards card or account number?

Please contact Go Rewards Customer Care.

If your Go Rewards flight gets canceled or disrupted, it will be converted to a non-expiring Travel Fund.

Please see the table below for a guide to earn rates based on your membership type:

Go Rewards Classic; non-Go Rewards Cardholders	PHP 80 = 1 Go Rewards Point
Go Rewards Classic; Go Rewards Prepaid or Debit Cardholders	PHP 40 = 1 Go Rewards Point
Go Rewards Black; Cebu Pacific Platinum; Gold Credit Cardholders	PHP 20 = 1 Go Rewards Point
