Description

🤳🏻 Managing third-party bookings


 

If you arranged for a booking via third-party sites (e.g. Agoda, Booking.com, Skyscanner) or via a travel agency, you should be able to manage your booking on our app or website.

  • We recommend contacting the travel agency or third-party site where your booking was originally created if you have encountered any of the following:
    • Problems with managing your booking (rebooking, purchasing add-ons, updating guest details), or
    • Problems with getting your itinerary, or
    • Issues with trying to claim a refund, or
    • The app or website doesn't recognize your booking reference number.

You can view your itinerary and purchase add-ons, such as CEB Baggage, via our Manage Booking page.

  • More add-ons, such as CEB Meals and CEB Seat Selector, are available on the Cebu Pacific mobile app!
    • Make sure to add these to your booking for a more comfortable flight.

✈️ Flight disruptions


 

  • If your flight gets disrupted (e.g. delayed, changes to flight time), it's possible that you won't receive notifications about it.
    • This is because the email that was used to book the flight may not belong to you, so you may not be getting updates directly.
    • For cases like this, we recommend contacting your travel agency or the third-party site where your booking was originally created.

  • If you are not able to contact your travel agent:
    • You may approach our staff at the airport or reach out to a Live Agent by chatting with Charlie via our app or website.

  • To ensure reliability, we recommend asking the travel agency to provide proof of affiliation with Cebu Pacific, such as a certificate or confirmation email.
