✈️ Flight reminders

You cannot sit on the exit row and your dog will not occupy a seat.

  • Service or emotional support dog must fit either on the passenger's lap or within their leg room or space.
    • We recommend sitting by the window with your dog positioned between you and the window.
  • If the dog is too large or extends on another passenger's space:
    • The passenger with the dog may be moved to a seat with an empty seat next to them, if available.
    • If the flight is full, the passenger may be rebooked on a later flight with more space.
  • To guarantee extra space for the service or emotional support dog, we recommend purchasing an additional seat next to the passenger.

Bring moisture-absorbent material such as plastic-backed pads.

  • Your dog must wear pet diapers and sit on moisture-absorbing material during the flight.
  • Alternatively, you can provide a document showing that your dog does not need to relieve itself during the flight.

Check for any required clearances from the appropriate government authorities.
