How do I manage flight disruptions?

Follow these steps to manage your disrupted flight.
Whenever flights are disrupted, applicable options are provided to guests via email. These options include the following:
- Accept Changes - Guests can accept the changes to their flight schedule if it works for them.
- Request for a Refund - Guests who don't want to proceed with their flight may just cancel and request for a refund.
- Store in a Travel Fund - Guests who don't want to proceed with their flight may just cancel and store the value of the booking in a Travel Fund. Travel Fund stored in the MyCebuPacific account do not expire and may be used to book for anyone.
- Rebook - If the new schedule is not acceptable, feel free to rebook to another date.
