Complimentary Travel Vouchers are free tickets issued by Cebu Pacific in certain situations. It covers the base fare of any future travel plans you may have!
They are non-transferrable, non-rebookable, and doesn't cover fees or other taxes.
General Guidelines:
- The complimentary Travel Voucher is sent to you via email. Check the email you used to book the flight for the latest updates.
- You may also check if you have a travel voucher by logging in to your MyCebuPacific account.

The complimentary Travel Voucher is assigned to a specific passenger name and flight type (i.e. domestic; short-haul; long-haul).

It cannot be transferred nor changed to another name and origin/destination.
