All guests have 1 piece, 7kg hand-carry allowance. This bag must be stored in the overhead bin.

Exceptions to this 1 piece limit include:

π A small bag that can fit under the seat
The maximum for hand-carry bags (including exceptions) is 2 pieces, with a total weight of 7kg.
- A bag measuring 20cm x 20cm x 35cm generally fits under the aircraft seat. However, please note that the space may vary per aircraft. Please ensure your bag fits properly.

For every 20kg of prepaid baggage allowance, you are entitled to bring 1 piece of checked baggage. If you need more, you can buy up to 3 pieces of 20kg baggage allowance. Each piece may be upgraded by 4kg, 8kg, or 12kg.
