🎫 Check-in and Boarding Passes

Before arriving at the airport, make sure to check in online!

If you can't check in online, you can check in at our regular airport counters instead.

  • For connecting flights on the same booking, you should already receive two (2) boarding passes at your initial check-in.
    • However, if your final destination is Australia (e.g., DVO–MNL–SYD), you still need to go to the check-in counter at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) to:
      • Get your connecting flight's boarding pass; and
      • Go through baggage screening.
  • For flights on separate bookings or with different airlines, you need to check in again at the layover / second airport to get your boarding pass for the connecting flight.

🧳 Baggage Check-in and Transfer

After your initial check-in, you can drop your baggage via:

  • Self bag drop kiosks (for NAIA Terminal 3 only); or
  • Regular bag drop counters

For flights on the same booking, your baggage (if any) will be checked through to your final destination.

For all connecting flights entering the Philippines as final destination (NRT–MNL–DGT), you need to:

  1. Claim your baggage at your layover / second airport,
  2. Clear baggage at Customs, then
  3. Endorse baggage to Transfer Desk before proceeding to the pre-departure area.

For flights on separate tickets, you need to collect your baggage at the layover / second airport and re-check it for the next flight.

🛂 Security and Screening

For flights entering or exiting the Philippines, you need to:
  • Register your flight via eTravel within 72 hours (3 days) before departure, then save the QR code generated at the end of the form.
  • Go through immigration screening.
    • If your connecting flight is on Domestic–Domestic–International route, your immigration screening will be at the layover / second airport.
