Description

✈️ General Guidelines

  • To get your Itinerary Receipt, you need to finish paying for your flight or add-ons first.
  • The Itinerary Receipt is sent to the email registered in the booking within 24 hours after successful payment.
    • Can't see your itinerary? Make sure to check your inbox or junk folder.
    • You can check out our other troubleshooting steps if you're having trouble viewing your itinerary.
  • If it's been more than 24 hours and you still haven't received your itinerary:
    • Please chat with Charlie via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.
  • A printed itinerary is not required at the airport!
    • You can save a copy of it in your mobile device in case of inspections at the airport entrance.
  • There's no need to book again if you've already successfully paid for your flight.
