How do I redeem my Travel Voucher?

Follow these easy steps to redeem your Travel Voucher

Log in to your MyCebuPacific account.
Image AttachedClick here and press the "Login" button. Proceed to enter your log in details.

Click "My Vouchers" to load all your Travel Vouchers.

Select the Travel Voucher you want to redeem.

Select the trip route and date/s.

- If you were issued a travel voucher for a disrupted domestic flight, then you can only select domestic routes.
- If you were issued a travel voucher for a disrupted short haul flight, then you can only select domestic and short haul routes.
- If you were issued a travel voucher for a disrupted long haul flight, then you can choose any route available.

Select your flight schedule.

Input all guest details.

Select add-ons.
Image AttachedIn this step, you'll also have the option to pay for PH Travel Tax, if applicable.

Pay for the remaining taxes and fees.

The Travel Voucher is a ticket equivalent to free air fare and is issued by Cebu Pacific for a particular purpose. Other fees (such as Admin Fee, Flight Fees, etc.) shall be shouldered by the guest. The voucher is not allowed for use during peak seasons.

View the details of the new booking.
