- Online Check-in helps you skip long lines at the airport check-in counters!
- We encourage you to check in with the Cebu Pacific app!
- With the app, you can check-in and download your digital boarding pass.
✅ Online Check-In window hours:
International |
48 hours up to 2 hours before your flight |
Domestic |
48 hours up to 1 hour before your flight |
✈️ If you're departing from NAIA Terminal 3, you can enter through the Online Check-in Entrance at Gate 1:
👜 If you don't have any bags to check in, head straight to the security / immigration gates.
🧳 If you have bags to check in, you can use our Self Bag Drop Kiosks at Aisle A.
❌ Online Check-in is not available for guests who:
- Are Unaccompanied Minors;
- Require mobility/medical assistance or have a travel request;
- Are in a group booking with more than 20 passengers;
- Have an outstanding balance;
- For your convenience, please pay via Manage Booking before checking in.
- Are tax-exempt (i.e., OFWs);
- Are not able to select an option for their disrupted flights.
With this, please proceed to the airport counters for further verification.
🛫 Checking in at the airport
- For your convenience, we suggest checking in on the Cebu Pacific app!
- With the app, you can check-in and download your digital boarding pass.
- If you're not able to check-in online, our airport counters open at these times:

💡 Airport counter closures
- For international flights, airport counters close one (1) hour before departure.
- For domestic flights, airport counters close 45 minutes before departure.

🛫 Self-service Kiosk
- Our self-service kiosks are available as early as eight (8) hours before your flight.
- With the self-service kiosk, you can easily do the following:
- Check in for your flight
- Print your boarding pass
- Print your bag tag
- Make sure to check in at the kiosk before airport counters close.
- For international flights, airport counters close one (1) hour before departure.
- For domestic flights, airport counters close 45 minutes before departure.
- Take note of your six-digit booking reference number!
- You'll need this to use the kiosk.
- 🧑🧑🧒 Are you part of a big group booking?
- If there are more than 14 guests in your booking, we recommend checking in at the airport counters instead.
Departing from NAIA Terminal 3? Skip the long lines and conveniently drop off your bags.

- CGK - Jakarta, Indonesia
- DAD - Da Nang, Vietnam
- DPS - Bali (Denpasar), Indonesia
- HAN - Hanoi, Vietnam

- MFM - Macau, China SAR
- SGN - Saigon, Vietnam

When you check-in online, you'll be able to save and download a copy of your digital boarding pass:

For domestic flights
- A printed boarding pass is not required!
- Head straight to security/your boarding gate if:
- ✅ You have your digital boarding pass; and
- ✅ You don't have any bags to check in
For international flights
- Check out this list of international airports that accept mobile and web boarding passes.
- Take note! Some immigration checkpoints may still require you to secure a printed boarding pass.
- If you're departing from NAIA Terminal 3 in Manila (MNL)
- You can print the boarding pass yourself at any self-service kiosk
