✋ Requesting assistance


We're committed to making travel accessible to everyone.  If you or someone with you needs help boarding, we're ready to help. 😊

  • Just make sure to declare your request ahead of time, so we can get things ready for you.
  • You can request assistance when you first book a flight, or through Manage Booking on the Cebu Pacific app.
  • When you arrive at the airport, inform staff about your request. There will be a dedicated lane for PWDs/PRMs and Senior Citizens.

 


♿ Mobility / wheelchairs


 If you'd like to request wheelchair assistance at the airport, you may do so for free!

🧑‍🦽‍➡️ You can also bring your own wheelchair / mobility aid on the flight, free of charge.

  • You may use it when boarding; our cabin crew will collect it for you upon entering the aircraft;
    • Your wheelchair will be stored in the aircraft for proper safekeeping;
    • The wheels of your wheelchair will not be deflated;
    • We will make sure your wheelchair is ready as you deplane from the aircraft.

🧑‍🦼‍➡️ If your battery / mobility aid is battery-operated:

  • Please note the battery restrictions: 
    • We can only accept mobility aids powered by lithium or non-spillable batteries;
    • Wheelchairs powered by a single lithium battery must not exceed 300Wh;
    • If it's powered by 2 batteries, each battery cannot exceed 160 Wh.
  • If the battery is detachable,
    • It must be removed and carried in a secured container/case.
  • If it's not detachable,
    • Please secure the battery terminals to prevent short-circuits.

 


🩺 Medical assistance


🚑 Guests who are recovering from a major illness or surgery are welcome on board.

  • Please declare your request no later than four (4) hours before your flight.
  • Request a medical certificate from your doctor indicating that you are "Fit to Travel".

🫁 If you need to bring a Personal Oxygen Concentrator (POC):

  • You may bring it free of charge. Please declare it no later than two (2) hours before your flight.
  • We only accept FAA-approved POCs that can fit in the overhead bin, or under the aircraft seat.
  • Request a medical certificate from your doctor indicating the need to use the POC in-flight.

💊 If you need to bring other medical equipment (e.g. syringes, medicine, etc.)

  • You may bring it free of charge. It will be exempt from your hand-carry limit.

🤰 Pregnant guests and other concerns


If you are less than 34 weeks pregnant and would like to request wheelchair assistance at the airport, you may do so for free!

If you are more than 34 weeks pregnant:

  • Request a medical certificate from your doctor indicating that you are "Fit to Travel".

If you, or another guest has a severe Psychosocial Disability:

  • They must be accompanied by at least 2 adult companions.
  • If you need assistance at the airport, please declare your request no later than two (2) hours before your flight.
