General Guidelines



While we continuously work to ensure your flight departs and arrives on time, on-the-spot delays or cancellations may occur due to environmental, operational or technical reasons.

  • Affected passengers will be notified by Cebu Pacific frontline team, email, and/or text message.
  • You can check the real-time status of your flight through cebupacificair.com/flight-status. 
  • We will ensure your welfare is taken care of whenever there are planned or on-the-spot changes to flights. 

After being notified of the disruption, you will be given a link to our Self-Service Disruption Portal (SSDP).

You may also access this by going to Manage Booking on the Cebu Pacific app or website.

We offer the following flexible options for disrupted guests:

  • Rebook your flight

    • Rebook your flight for free up to 30 days before or 30 days after your original schedule.
    • If you need to rebook beyond the 30-day period, please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.

  • Request a refund

    • Request a refund of your fare according to your form of payment.
    • Travel Tax and unused TravelSure will have to be refunded separately.

  • Convert to Travel Fund

    • Store the value of your booking to a non-expiring Travel Fund
    • You can use your Travel Fund for future flights and add-ons.
